At Queens That Clean ,we're looking for a Supervisor to oversee our team of cleaners and ensure that every home we service shines with a touch of opulence and magic.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to achieve excellence in every cleaning session.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Provide training and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Passion for cleaning and creating beautiful living spaces.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum availability of 18-24 hours per week.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our company.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.09 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cleaning / management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Newcastle, NSW (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Newcastle, NSW: Relocate before starting work (required)
