As a member of our team you will play an important role, in providing high quality service to theatres and other clinical areas.

As a Theatre Technician you will be pivotal for safe and efficient surgeries by preparing the Theatre environment for procedures, and providing oversight of the Theatre equipment, ensuring its optimal functioning during surgeries. You will also assist with the safe transfer of patients on and off the operating table, patient positioning, transporting patients and equipment, preparing patients prior to operative procedures and cleaning and maintaining the Theatre equipment and environment. You will undertake designated cleaning tasks ensuring high standards of cleanliness (including personal) are maintained, utilising universal standard precautions and as per policies and procedures.

Ringwood Breast Care is a specialised breast clinic at Ringwood Private Hospital that offers rapid access, state of the art, breast screening and diagnostic services for patients who experience symptoms or who are at high risk of developing breast cancer.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III in Health Services Assistant (Operating Theatre Technician)
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to take direction and prioritise work.
- Sound communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
