We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Clinical Specialist, Cardiology to join our dynamic Healthcare Systems and Technologies (HST) business at Baxter. In this role, you will have the exceptional opportunity to engage with key hospital personnel, clinicians, nursing staff, consultants and biomedical engineer teams in major hospitals across ANZ. You will play a crucial role in establishing, maintaining, and developing mutually beneficial and profitable business relationships by delivering flawless clinical education, training and guidance relating to the full suite of non-invasive Cardiology equipment and devices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive and high-level product installation, clinical and technical training, support and service to Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in both public and private hospitals, and clinics on our range of non-invasive Cardiology products
- Establish relationships and network with all levels of clinical/management - offering excellent service, technical support and product knowledge
- Partner closely in territory with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team and Healthcare Solutions teams
- Identify incremental business opportunities and assist in develop of relevant strategies
- Co-ordinate and provide education and ongoing training throughout trials and implementations of Baxter Products
- Ensure product information material that is provided to customers has been approved by Marketing and / or Medical Affairs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar clinical specialist role, preferably in cardiology
- Tertiary education in Science, Medical Science, Biology or related fields
- Strong knowledge of cardiology products and services
- Cardiac investigation experience, preferably with Exercise Stress Testing and Holter Analysis.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
