**About the Role**:
The Social Inclusion & Diversity Manager will drive, implement and embed our Inclusion & Diversity Strategy in order to effect change and shift the dial in the construction industry.

You will partner and collaborate with I&D and People leaders across the Building business, and your track record in influencing and shifting mindsets will enable you to make your mark and leave a high impact and lasting legacy.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**:

- Drive Inclusion and Diversity programs and work closely with the People Teams to operationalise the I&D agenda.
- Manage annual reporting requirements and external benchmarking citations in partnership with Inclusion Networks (e.g. WGEA, Reconciliation Australia, Pride in Diversity)
- Partner with People Teams and Social Impact to ensure Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and measures are in place across all business units and projects
- Partner with the business’ Inclusion Networks (CWIJH, Pride, RAP, Grow) to provide corporate support and support the setup of additional employee driven inclusion networks
- Manage cross functional relationships to ensure consistency in program implementation, and network across industry to gain understanding of best practice
- Manage external relationships with I&D providers
- Develop and implement action plans across gender equality, people with disabilities, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, mature age workers and gender balance in leadership
- Partner with the Social Impact function in embedding the JH reconciliation action plan (RAP)
- Establish innovative ways to further build advocacy for inclusion & diversity within John Holland
- Further embed flexible working practises, including education of leaders
- Facilitate capability development programs and webinars on a regular basis

**What we are looking for;**:
This position will require you to have strong experience in a similar role across Organisational Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Learning or generalist Human Resources.

You will have a background in facilitation of development sessions and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders, as well as a track record in conducting needs analysis and proposing recommended solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will have a knowledge of:

- Inclusion and Diversity best practices and reporting requirements
- Learning and development processes
- Steps required for successful implementation of initiatives and programs.

The ability to build and nurture relationships and utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills is essential.
