**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Quality, Risk and Safety, this is a hands-on role supporting the operational teams providing clinical leadership and operational support across a diverse service offering including Aged Care, Disability (Community and Accommodation), Insurance Funders and Private Services. You will be working in a collaborative environment; the role is flexible with a combination of work from home and attendance at one of our various offices where practicable.
**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Support effective implementation of Claro’s Quality Improvement Framework
- Work with stakeholders to support and upskill customer care planning, risk assessment and contributing to the development of behaviour support plans as required in line with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Provide advice and support on the review of incidents, risks, complaints and/or Root Cause Analysis in collaboration with stakeholders, monitor the implementation of recommendations arising from such reviews
- Work with stakeholders to ensure external legislative and regulatory reporting is undertaken in line with necessary requirements
- Complete internal clinical audits in line with Claros internal audit schedule and as directed
**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration
- Significant demonstrable experience in providing clinical advice to service delivery teams
- Well-developed knowledge and experience of the aged care or disability services sector
- Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care or Disability setting, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice
- Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act and NDIS Practice Standards with knowledge and experience of the external audit process
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership style
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
