**WHO YOU ARE**

Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 2+ years post qualification experience [up to Associate level] in high-end litigation and/or class actions;

have strong academics+ superior legal research, drafting and advocacy skills;

Have some experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
