About us
KAIAMA Japanese Restaurant managing a modern Japanese restaurant in the Rhodes area that offers high end Japanese dining service with sushi and Teishouku.
We seek full-time qualified and experienced Japanese Chef/Sushi maker/kitchen hand/cook/ Kitchen management team and take our business to the next level in kitchen operation, menu offering and style of service.
1 X Roll Maker
- Skill & Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in modern Japanese cuisine as a Sushi chef
- Trade qualification in commercial cookery
- Menu creation and costing experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Microsoft Office proficient preferred
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Menu development utilising the seasonal produce available
- Overseeing daily operation of the kitchen
- Managing orders, food costs, labour cost, rostering
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Reporting to head chef/management
1 X Sushi Roll Maker
1 X Cook
- Minimum 1 years of experience in modern Japanese cuisine as a Cook
- Trade qualification in commercial cookery
- Ability to work under pressure
