**Our Client**
Our client is a trusted and reliable provider of OOSH and Vacation Care services in Chester Hill. With a 30-year history of serving the community, this client has established itself as a valuable resource for parents and caregivers looking for high-quality care in a safe, nurturing and fun environment. The Educators provide a warm and supportive space where children can learn, play and explore new concepts while the Vacation Care program offers a great solution for parents who need support and supervision during school holidays.

**The Role**
Working a shift split (7am-9am and 2:30pm-6pm*), you'll work as part of a dedicated team of Educators supporting this 50-child centre and reporting to the Child Care Coordinator. We're looking for an experienced or emerging supervisor who is upbeat, passionate and looking for their next challenge. In return you'll be well supported in a flexible environment where you can support your community while developing new skills

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Supervise Child Care Educators and children, and ensure that the supervision of children indoors and outdoors is adequate at all times
- Ensure children with special needs are adequately catered for and the Programs allow them maximum participation in all activities
- Ensure Quality Improvement and meeting all Child Care Regulations
- Ensure nutritional food/drink is available for the children's breakfast and afternoon tea
- Regularly check resources and maintenance needs and report these to the Childcare Coordinator
- Provide a program of activities
- Create staff rosters for bus run
- Assist with supervising Work Experience Students and Volunteers
- Any other duties as required by the Coordinator

Please note the split shift may be negotiable*

**What you need**
- Early education qualifications
- Experience working in a similar capacity
- Comprehensive understanding of Licensing, Accreditation and Regulations pertaining to an Out of School Hours Child Care Service
- Current Driver's License
- Completed Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Computer Literate (preferably with)
- WWC and Police Check
- Fully Covid 19 Vaccinated
- Knowledge of Quik Kids (desirable)
