The Operations Support Officer role is varied and fast paced and will be best suited to those that have excellent attention to detail as well as an ability to be well organised. You will have a desire to learn more, help your team and build your own personal brand as someone who is a solid team player, who is reliable, productive and supportive.

Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and legally compliant dispatch services as well as providing general administrative support to the Yatala Production Team.

**As the Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for**:

- Receipting goods inwards in SAP
- Creating and preparing all documents required for dispatch
- Preparing the shipments in order of priorities
- Maintaining processing logistics data
- Attending the daily production and shift handover meetings
- Providing purchasing support including ordering office stationery, milk and fruit
- General administrative support to the Supply Chain and Logistics Team

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with SAP and MS Office including Excel
- An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your work
- Sound communication skills
- A strong work ethic
