**The Job**:
The Research Lead will be leading and managing all research & insights activities within the Val Morgan Digital team. Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:
- Partnering with Marketing, Content, Sales and Client teams to translate data into actionable insights.
- Develop and implement research methodologies to address diverse business needs and client requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external research suppliers.
- Drive the continuous improvement and innovation of research processes and tools.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an organised individual with exceptional attention-to-detail and the ability to transition data into strategic insights. We are also looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, research, data science, or communications
- Experience working in media OR with media experience linked to a research agency role
- Familiarity with either TGI, GWI, or YouGov data tools and Facebook Insights/Google Analytics/Crowdtangle
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced role
- Experience working with analytics and data science teams (desirable)
- Experience with social listening platforms or techniques such as Brandwatch and 1st party behavioural data (desirable)
