**The Opportunity**

As a Maintenance Scheduler in the City of Perth, you will under general direction, manage the planning, scheduling, co-ordination and implementation of maintenance works for the maintenance crews while coordinating maintenance civil crews, works allocation and services requests in accordance with available resources. You will also lead and supervise the internal parking maintenance team, allocating work and resources and ensure an accurate filing system is maintained for all the scheduled works and liability claims.

Reporting to the Coordinator Civil Maintenance within our Infrastructure and Assets team, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the planning, scheduling, timesheets, coordination, implementation, and maintenance tasks through digital and technological resources (Workforce GIS system) for the maintenance crews;
- Leading and supervising the internal parking maintenance team, allocating work and resources (both human and equipment);
- Collecting and providing all data for public liability incidents and accidents as required;
- Ensuring, encouraging, and promoting the maintenance of an accurate filing system for all scheduled works and liability claims; and
- Fostering a community-focused and service-oriented culture among staff.

**Eligibility**

- A right to work in Australia (e.g. a birth certificate, current passport or current visa);
- Fitness for work via a pre-employment medical;
- A current ‘C’ class Australian drivers licence; and
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months).
