Early Childhood Educator

Working with fellow educators, you will be required to:
Prepare, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups.
Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes
Assist in establishing a learning environment which is stimulating, focused and pleasant reflecting Manglesii's values and ethos.
Nurture the whole child’s development, respecting the children’s individual needs, abilities and interests.
Provide consistent, caring and adequate supervision of children at all times.
Provide open communication channels with parents and staff.
Respect parent’s feedback about the service and raising issues with management immediately.
Undertake and implement the requirements of the National Quality Framework
Maintain relevant and accurate data as required and as relevant to National Quality Standards (NQS)
Complete documentation and programs required to support the NQS outcomes.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
