**About the role**:
Our client is a well established company in forensic collision investigations with over 20 years of experience. They are expanding and current looking for an experienced **Executive Assistant** to provide all aspects of administrative support to the designated Forensic Experts.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining job databases, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Managing the Experts’ calendars, workflows and assist with researching(if required).
- Report start-ups, editing, and proofing.
- Creating and sending invoices, including follow-ups of payments.
- Storage and archiving of digital and physical files.
- Various basic office duties.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in legal or OHS environment highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change and expand knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and without supervision, yet collaboratively when required.
- Demonstrates an ability to achieve goals and objectives within the required time frame
- High attention to detail in editing and proofreading materials
- Proficient in Adobe and MS Suite, especially Excel.
