IT Sys Admin.

Our client is looking for a Sys Admin, with a minimum of 3 years experience to join their team. This role will be a hybrid role, with travel required. You as a Sys Admin will protect their critical systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in developing the overall IT strategy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, intranet, LANs, WANs, AV, and network segments.
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause to provide resolution in timely manner.
- Build new physical and virtual servers when needed and perform routine health check including storage, Security audit and patches.
- Set up and regularly monitor an environment for fast disaster recovery and Cyber resilience.
- Work with external partners to set up, troubleshoot and integrate outsourced systems.
- Ensure users have got resources required to carry out day safely and efficiently to day activities.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in IT Systems and Network Support role
- Knowledge of Domain network core services ( AD DS, GPO, DNS, OU, DHCP, Certificates, AD FS, RDP,..
- Experience in Networking (Routing and Switching)
- Experience troubleshooting and upgrading servers, laptops, printer, laptops hardware parts.
- Experience setting up wireless communication
- Knowledge of WAN technologies including VPN, MPLS, SDWAN and leased Lines.
- Experience building servers for high performance and availability.
- Experience working with different technologies for setting up, testing and restore data backups.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL including queries, procedures, and routine maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of web server systems like IIS, Apache, Nginx
- Knowledge of basic scripting in.net, html, JavaScript, is advantage.
