About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our diverse and dedicated team. With a focus on active debtor management, you will be a team player and use you excellent communication skills to display compassion and empathy when dealing with residents and resident family members.

As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will deliver a high standard of work, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in a dynamic working environment.

This position is based from our Cardiff office with the potential for a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Actively manage debtors, with a focus on the reduction of outstanding debts

Process and follow-up fees and Department of Health notifications

Facilitate the processing and the receipting of residents fees and statements

Management of bond and RAD registers to comply with prudential requirements

Facilitate data entries into the resident system (Epicor)

What you bring

Qualifications in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent relevant qualification (desirable)

Demonstrated experience in the administration of accounts receivable including sound knowledge of the receivables process

Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated high level analytical and account reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and to prioritise conflicting tasks through effective time management

COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt
