We are offering a part time role 3 days a week. Required days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The role involves regular telephone and face-to-face contact with clients and the Principal of the practice, in a busy small office. The role will also involve bookkeeping and data entry. Would suit an energetic and motivated individual.

Previous experience in office environment is desirable and accounting reception and book keeping roles highly desirable.

The duties include but not limited to the following:

- Managing reception area including answering calls.
- Accurate recording and conveying of messages for staff temporarily unavailable.
- Delivering and collecting mail, parcels, documents etc. when required
- Sorting, opening, classifying and distributing incoming mail when required
- Sorting and preparing outgoing mail for dispatch
- Ensure reception office area and other administrative areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Electronic and Manual filing
- Archiving - Electronic & Manual
- Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, electronic scanning equipment etc.
- Basic PA Work for the Principal and senior staff including maintaining meeting schedules etc.
- Other duties as requested by the Principal or other senior staff
- Data entry for clients work
- Book keeping duties for clients’ accounts.
- Preparation of quarterly bas documents
- Key attributes sought include_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
