Join a dynamic team as a Development Manager and take part in delivering exceptional land development and built form apartment projects. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant development and project management experience, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future ventures of a boutique property developer in Perth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day project management tasks, including consultant and authority coordination, and budget management.
- Collaborate with the Development Manager on various land subdivisions, new works, and land preparation initiatives.
- Guide the entire project lifecycle, from project definition to successful project delivery.
- Manage contractors and consultants, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Select and engage a highly skilled consulting team, encompassing Engineers, Town Planners, and other specialists as required.
- Implement robust project management practices, including budgeting, tendering, and contract negotiations, while effectively managing contractual risk.
- Provide oversight during the approval process, addressing any additional information requests or amendments.
- Generate comprehensive project reports, board reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Town Planning, Engineering, or other relevant degree.
- Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long term and build a career.
- Experience in built form property development will be highly regarded.
- Established Relationships with Government & Consultants.
- Experience Working on Projects from Approval through to Delivery.
- Strong Leadership Skills with Internal & External Stakeholders.
