The Role and Responsibilities:
Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic is looking for a receptionist to join our team. The responsibilities for the role include:

- Following a daily checklist of admin tasks
- Answering calls and triaging incoming clients
- Meeting and engaging with clients, we are customer service super stars
- Greeting and receiving their animals
- Scheduling appointments, surgeries and boardings
- Taking payments for invoices and communicating invoice breakdown
- Rearranging diary to accommodate emergencies and daily work flow
- Cleaning, tidying and maintaining reception environment

- Currently studying in vet or animal care or has an interest in animals
