Our client is a large and long established agency based in the City of Banyule, with a great reputation and staff retention. Leasing and administrative teams are in place, along with supportive management to provide an efficient environment for their property managers.

**The Role...**
- Managing a tidy portfolio
- Liaising with landlords & tenants
- Condition Reports
- Managing Maintenance
- Arrears management
- Leasing consultants in place for inspections and opens
- Administration staff in place to support
- No Trust Accounting

- Someone that enjoys property management & building relationships
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Takes pride in providing great customer service
- A professional with a down to earth personality - after all we work most of our lives, you need to have some laughs along the way

**Required to be considered...**
- Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Valid Drivers License
- Own Vehicle
