Micronair is a well-established and respected family-run company in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. We specialise in the manufacture, installation and servicing of our own brand of Industrial Dust and Fume extractors and their associated ducting systems.

Micronair has a fantastic opportunity available for an energetic, enthusiastic and responsible individual that has a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a team mentality. **Reliability is essential.**

We are looking for the right Factory Hand/ Assembler to join our team of professionals. Experience in the industry is not necessary, but will be an advantage to applicants.

**Hours**

5 Days/ week

**Responsibilities**

Loading/ Unloading trucks, containers, etc.

Picking up/ dropping off of orders, WIPS and materials

Detailed Assembly, Sealing and Fitting of Dust Extractor Components with hand tools and power tools

Packing, wrapping and staging of components for shipment

Completion of necessary paperwork

Compliance with OHS requirements

**Skills & Experience Required**

Forklift ticket

Manual Driver's License and extensive experience driving a vehicle with a manual transmission

Heavy Truck License a distinct advantage

Well organised, focused and motivated

Strong attention to detail; Take great pride in your work

Practical problem solving ability

The willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Factory/ Assembly: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Victorian Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
