**About The Role**
- Ensure awareness and alignment with the relevant Quality ISO standards, as well as compliance with legislative and ManpowerGroup health and safety environmental standards, safe work, procedures and instructions

- Responsible for the management and leadership of a team of Project Coordinators who are tasked with supporting Right Management’s clients. Team accountabilities include planning, logistics, communication, feedback & analysis of results for a defined group of clients
- Build and maintain a strong organisational team culture within Right Management
- Drive a high performance team and provide day to day support, guidance, mentoring and leadership to Project Coordinators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver accurate and timely reports to clients that meet their needs and demonstrate value add to Right Managements' services
- Follow standards and processes established for specific clients, programs and projects
- Identify and implement process efficiencies internally and for Right Management clients
- Oversight and ongoing management of client invoicing requirements and program performance
- Supporting the Account Director to provide accurate program forecasts
- Grow, develop and empower team to deliver excellent project co-ordination
- Understand our offerings and solutions to clients to support connection between sales and operations
- Effective and efficient project co-ordination support for a defined group of clients
- Accurate and timely client reporting outputs for account review meetings.
- Timely and accurate scheduling and preparation of associated materials and or assessments for clients.
- Timely & accurate management of project invoices
- Consistently maintain accurate data and reporting of information in tracking systems.
- Maintain Clearance, awareness of security policy and guidelines and security incident escalation process

**Your Background**
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology or related discipline desirable
- Strong project leadership experience
- Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills

Proven client engagement and sales skills
- Identify innovative solutions
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication skills
