The well-respected and successful selling Principal is looking for a Junior Agent to build the sales pipeline. Whether you are looking to change offices or have just obtained your Certificate of Registration, this highly supportive management team are prepared to invest in you, so that you are able to develop a long-term real estate sales career.

**What will you be doing in this role**:

- Prepare for and attend market appraisals
- Attend open homes and auctions
- Provide assistance with some leasing inspections
- Cold + warm prospecting to generate leads
- Open home call backs + follow up buyers
- Hand leads to the BDM or Principal to close and get a bonus on every successful lead
- Private inspections, pest and building inspections
- Follow up pipeline clients and network to build the vendor pipeline
- Negotiate sales and encourage offers
- Issue contracts, property information and price guides
- Local knowledge of the Northern Beaches
- A connection to the community
- Ability to confidently speak with clients
- A current certificate of registration
- Reliable car and valid NSW drivers licence
- A passion to learn and be mentored
- Flexibility to work every Saturday
- The passion to build a long term real estate career
