**The Company**:
This reputable property group has a diversified portfolio right across Australia. They currently require a proactive Finance Administrator to join their team at one of their Premium Shopping Centres in the West.

**The Role**:
An opportunity has come up for an experienced administrator to join this bustling shopping centre management team The role will see you reporting to the Property Administration team and assisting with all administrative functions in the Management of the shopping centre.

Your duties will include:

- Responsible for Rental Arrears & Retailer Payment Plans
- General Office Management
- Retailer Relationship Management
- Assistant to Property Administration Team
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Assistance for all Marketing Activities
- Management of Office IT platform
- All Administrative / Office Systems & Development of Policies & Procedures
- Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role
- Previous experience in debt collection essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Retail / Shopping Centres, favourable but not essential
- An enthusiastic and resourceful professional that possesses a "can do" attitude
