**Job Title: Concrete Repair Technician**

**Location: Sydney, NSW (Based in Parramatta)**

**Position Overview**: As a Concrete Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in the repair and remediation of various concrete structures. Based out of our Parramatta yard, you will be responsible for executing concrete repair projects with precision and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of concrete structures to identify areas requiring repair and remediation.
- Execute concrete repair projects efficiently, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Responsible for the completion of the daily PCF (Project Costing Forms)
- Utilize a variety of techniques and materials to repair and reinforce concrete assets.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop effective repair strategies and timelines.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and procedures throughout all phases of the repair process.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability in concrete repair and remediation such as: Concrete Repair/ Patching/ Concrete Screeding/ Trowelling/ Rendering/ Crack Repair/ Concrete Grouting/ Crack Injection
- Solid understanding and knowledge of various facets of concrete repair for both commercial and civil concrete assets.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in concrete repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work and identify hazards and site risks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Repair Technician.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to start each day from our yard in Parramatta.
- Ability to travel to various project sites within the Sydney metropolitan area.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
