**What you'll do**:
**Sourcing and Recruitment**:
**Talent Advisory**:

- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staff.

**Employee Value Proposition**:

- Collaborate with marketing, human resources and business leaders to establish an employer brand identity.
- Assist in the management of our profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent-related websites.
- Contribute to our social media presence through positive posts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organisation or aid in TA processes.
- Ensure Easygo remains a Circle Back Initiative Member, by responding to every applicant who applies.

**What you'll bring**:

- You'll bring with you significant experience as a Technical Recruiter, either in-house or with a mix of internal and agency.
- You'll know how to identify what needs to be done first and be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, and are transparent in the way you work.
- You'll enjoy problem solving and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
- As a strong communicator, you enjoy dealing with various stakeholders and are open to learning new industries and new technology.
- An ability to write creative job advertisements and assist with occasion website content.
- A positive mindset when faced with challenging requirements and situations.
- Contribute to our social media presence through positive posts on either LinkedIn or Instagram.

**Bonus points if**:

- A bachelor degree in any line of work is desirable but not required.
- Any IT-related certifications such as Scrum Master, Project Management or Cloud certifications would be looked upon favouably
- Any extracurricular activities such as appearing on talent-related podcasts or speaking at meetups would also be looked upon favourably.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
