Roblox/minecraft Coding Instructor

Are you passionate about Roblox and Minecraft, and skilled in coding within these platforms? Do you have experience teaching children (9 years-16 years) how to create within these virtual worlds? If so, we want you to join our team as a Roblox/Minecraft Coding Instructor
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and conduct engaging coding lessons for students interested in creating within the Roblox and Minecraft platforms.
- Teach fundamental programming concepts tailored to the capabilities of Roblox Studio and Minecraft mods/plugins.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their coding skills and realize their creative visions.
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to accommodate students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Roblox Studio, Minecraft modding, and educational best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in coding with Lua for Roblox and/or Java for Minecraft.
- Experience creating games, mods, plugins, or other content within Roblox Studio and/or Minecraft.
- Previous experience teaching coding or game development concepts, preferably within the context of Roblox and/or Minecraft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of all ages.
- Passion for gaming, creativity, and empowering others to express themselves through code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and/or teenagers in an educational setting.
- A must have WWCC
- Familiarity with additional programming languages and game development platforms.
- Experience developing educational curriculum or teaching materials.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
