Celebrating their 100th anniversary 'Years of Wonder', Alquemie Group is proud to announce that we will be partnering with The Walt Disney Company & Westfield to create 3 magical Pop-Ups rotating across NSW, VIC & QLD.
Located in Westfield Chermside, these Pop-Ups operated by Alquemie Group will have exclusive Disney merchandise to celebrate their 100th anniversary, from Mickey Mouse ears to Disney Apparel, the magic is endless
**What is the role?**
We are looking for a Pop-Up Store Manager to join the Disney 100 Pop-Up team. As a Pop-Up Store Manager, you will be working closely with the Alquemie Group team to collaborate on store operations & team management.
- Be able to create store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize the team resources.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection and product enquiries.
- Implementing plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.
- Provide operational support with the pop-up opening and closing routines.
- Be involved with the processes of bump-in & bump-out procedures of our Pop-Up locations.
- Responsible for pop-up recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities at Alquemie Group.
This role is a fixed-term contract to support our Disney 100 Pop-Up locations from March till October in Brisbane, QLD.
**_To be successful for this role:_**
- At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI’s within a retail atmosphere
- Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals.
