**Description**:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Cleaners/Bin Managers. This full-time role involves cleaning and bin management of housing properties' common areas exclusively within Melbourne metro areas. You will be provided with a company car, fully stocked with chemicals and equipment, to facilitate your duties. This position requires teamwork, and we are specifically looking for two cleaners who either live together or reside close by.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning and bin management tasks in common areas of housing properties.
- Utilize company-provided van and equipment for efficient execution of tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure timely completion of assigned properties.
- Manage approximately 6-7 properties per day in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience in a similar role.
- Possession of a valid VIC driver's license.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in fast-paced cleaning environments.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Police Check and Working With Children Check required.**

**Salary**: $24.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
