- Deliver high quality customer service and administration in a call centre environment
- Assessing customer eligibility for government support
- Working with external agencies to assist customers with seeking additional supports.
- Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service.
- Communicate with empathy whilst dealing with vulnerable and stressed customers

**Selection criteria**:

- Quality customer service preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Effective and timely communication skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Communicate well and with empathy when interacting with vulnerable or stressed customers
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and meeting KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work with integrity
- Able to work Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
