**Landscape Labourer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our landscape architect and construction team to bring landscape designs to life.
- Execute various hard landscape tasks including paving, decking, timber work, rock work, and general construction.
- Contribute to soft landscape activities, including planting, soil preparation, drainage systems, gravel driveways, and mulching.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team.
- Maintain organised tools and equipment, ensuring they are respected and well looked after.
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and tidy while minimising disturbance to surrounding areas.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including job sheets, invoices, and productivity sheets. (all Via an app)
- Facilitate learning and skill development among team members through guidance and positive leadership.

**Package Includes**:

- Negotiable and above standard award wages based on experience. - casual $25-$30 per hour plus super, could be higher with experience
- Work vehicle provided while at work.
- Necessary equipment and tools provided with the option to BYO tools.
- Higher casual rate or Full time with 4 weeks of annual leave, public holiday, and standard sick leave.
- Option for RDOs in an adjusted package.
- Uniform and boots provided as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in landscaping, preferably in both hard and soft landscape elements or transferable skills from other trades.
- Operating machinery and vehicles, with an MR license preferred (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to the company culture.
- Passion for landscaping and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
