**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced metro Delivery Driver Team Leader with a minimum MR driver’s licence for our Brunswick branch in Melbourne.

As Delivery Driver Team leader you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, accurate and timely loading and delivery of customer orders.

You will report directly to the VIC Operations Manager.

This is a fulltime position.

**Key Responsibilities**

As Delivery Driver Team Leader, your core responsibilities will be:

- Coordinating and balancing delivery runs on a daily basis
- Loading and delivery of customer orders.
- Always ensuring a Safety-First mentality
- Preventative maintenance for delivery vehicles (scheduled servicing)
- Complete manifesting, ensuring POD’s verification
- Ensuring work is performed to WH&S standards.

**To be successful in this Role you will have the following skills & experience**:

- A current medium rigid (MR) licence
- A strong work ethic
- Experience delivering within the Melbourne Metro area
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in chilled food distribution an advantage
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Ability to lift up to 20kg weight
