We are looking for an experienced and talented Cafe Barista to join our team and provide exceptional coffee and beverage services to our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, while adhering to our quality standards.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu items.

3. Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.

4. Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and utensils.

5. Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

6. Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, brewing methods, and new menu offerings to provide recommendations and enhance the customer experience.

7. Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and overall customer satisfaction.

8. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the cafe, including stocking shelves, organizing supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.

9. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

10. Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a cafe or coffee shop setting.

2. In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.

3. Familiarity with different coffee beans, roasts, and flavors, and the ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences.

4. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

6. Attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation to maintain quality standards.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as per the cafe's operating hours.
