Building Services Partner

The Projects and Planning team are responsible for planning, developing, managing all University minor and major capital and non-capital works.

The Role

Under broad direction, the Building Services Partner is responsible for engaging with University stakeholders to discuss their project and planning requirements and ongoing programs of work to achieve their desired outcomes, in line with the Digital and Campus Services Operational Plan.

This role provides assistance to the Project Managers and Project Coordinators in the Projects and Planning Team on a diverse range of projects that materialise over time.

**Required skills and experience**:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with extensive experience or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of significant experience, training, or professional accreditation.

An understanding of Project Management principles.

Demonstrated highly developed relationship building and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated experience in relationship management and assessing customer needs to deliver effective outcomes.

Proven experience in eliciting and analysing business requirements and preparing business cases and pre-project documentation (preferably basic AutoCAD but not mandatory) for presentation to senior stakeholders.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and in the facilitation of workshops and engagement sessions

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Courage, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.

Benefits & Remuneration

These full-time ongoing positions attract remuneration of $104,098 to $112,311 p.a. inclusive of 17% University superannuation contribution.
