**Position Overview**

We seek a Digital Content Producer/Creator to join our creative team. You will be taking a leadership position in crafting compelling and top-tier visual content for our various brands. Notably, you be responsible for leading the content production of our community video channel. Your role will entail taking the forefront in generating exceptionally captivating content spanning various topics.

You will be an imaginative individual with an innate talent for storytelling, capable of utilising diverse platforms to engage, captivate, and motivate audiences. You will spearhead key projects that align with our overarching content strategy. Prior experience crafting video content for social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram is essential.

You'd be great for this role if you're a natural storyteller who can captivate an audience with your storytelling and story-making abilities. You must love sharing, talking, and building connections with people and our target communities; be familiar with the ins and outs of video creation; have excellent communication and presentation skills; have a passion for performing and being in front of the camera. You should be familiar with video creation's intricacies and exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

In the role of a Content Creator, versatility will be your strength, and you'll be equally comfortable working out in the field or within the confines of the studio. Your capabilities will extend to project management, overseeing freelancers and client interactions—whether you're operating as a solo videographer or an integral part of a larger team. Your expertise will encompass the creation of exceptional content and the coordination of crew logistics and video workflow. Rather than emphasising technical wizardry, we focus on discovering a skilled storyteller with a firm technical and theoretical foundation. This foundation, however, takes a back seat to the quality of the creative concept and its execution. A background in journalism, content creation, and hands-on experience in media production will be greatly appreciated in this role.
