**Assurance Associate, Ongoing, Sydney**

This role is a salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101,947 - $112,849 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Investor Assurance team as an Assurance Associate

You will be responsible for providing analysis, reporting and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of the Investor Assurance function for Infrastructure NSW, initially in the transport sector, to agreed standards.

Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

- Provide input and support for the preparation of accurate regular and ad-hoc reports, including to senior executive infrastructure committees and Cabinet, to facilitate sound decision making.
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues or inconsistencies, track, and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency of the monitoring and reporting on projects and programs.
- Perform Secretariat functions for various related committees which support the Infrastructure Investor Assurance Framework
- Coordinate, update and manage documentation and records, complying with the Infrastructure Investor Assurance Framework, to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and is accessible.

**About You**

We are looking for a true professional who has exceptional administrative skills and experience in reporting and analytics. You will have either some experience with, or a passion for planning and development, procurement and/or project coordination in the infrastructure sector.

This role will be well suited to someone with attention to detail and demonstrated effective problem-solving skills. Skills in writing, producing reports and visual presentation are also highly desirable.
