As a crucial member of our team, you'll not only serve up exceptional coffee but also foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for parents and caregivers while they watch over their little ones at the play centre.

**What You'll Be Up To**:

- Show off your skills by expertly crafting a variety of beverages
- Welcome guests with a smile and engage with parents and caregivers to cater to their needs and preferences
- Become a menu expert by offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- Keep our workspace sparkling clean and organized whilst following strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Work seamlessly with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience in a barista role essential**:

- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for families
- The right to work in Australia
- Clean and tidy personal presentation
- A team player who’s ready to jump in and make a difference
- **MUST** be available to work weekends
- Full availability to work across various shifts during operational hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Sunday
