**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Building on its success in the resources, energy and infrastructure markets, Ampcontrol is expanding significantly and as a result we have a rare opportunity available for an Apprentice & Trainee Coordinator.

This role will take indirect support and direction from the HR Business Partners in relation to strategic Capability Development aspects/initiatives, continuous improvement, and alignment of the function to operational needs. Along with direct support from the recruitment team during the annual recruitment cycle

Working within our people Team, your primary focus will be developing and coordinating Ampcontrol Apprentice and Trainee programs ensuring a consistent and standardised approach across the Group.

Core responsibilities for this role:

- Recruitment and onboarding for all Apprentices and Trainees
- Liaising with RTOs and Training Providers
- Performance Management and bi-annual reviews of apprentices and trainees
- Coaching, mentoring and pastoral care of apprentices and trainees.
- Monitoring and implementing compliance with all funding and statutory requirements.
- Identification of, and support for, development pathways for apprentices/trainees into long term careers with Ampcontrol, growing our internal capability.

You will also be focused on a wide range of general functions including:

- Coordinate, compile and maintain training records and reports for Apprentices and Trainees
- Collection and reporting on Training Effectiveness Evaluations of training providers and courses
- Administration of feedback surveys and knowledge assessment

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

The incumbent will have knowledge and practical experience in coordinating apprenticeship/traineeship programs in an organisational or RTO setting, along with:

- Qualification HR or Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in learning and development of teams and individuals
