**The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne** is looking for **The Ritz-Carlton Lounge Attendant **to join the team on a **Part-Time** basis
**JOB SUMMARY**
This is your chance to join one of Australia’s leading luxury hotel brands, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne dining outlets offer sweeping expansive views across the city which provide the perfect backdrop for an experience that’s singularly Melbourne.
The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic and driven an experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual to be the heart of our Signature Lounge. The Signature Lounge will be offering an all-day menu, along with an elegant, elevated high tea experience. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in the lounge by connecting with guest on a personal level through genuine interactions that aids in building strong rapport and long-term consumer base. Immerse yourself in the beauty of forming relationships that lies beyond the lounge and get to know the story of each guest and their journey whilst providing service and sharing yours. Takes order and provide impeccable food and beverage service in accordance to the hotel standards and procedures. Ability to perform opening and closing duties, which includes mise en place, handover reports, maintaining cleanliness of the outlet etc.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1-year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- Beneficial to have prior five-star hotel, lobby lounges, club lounges experience
- Strong organization & communication skills required for this role.
- Must have a Victorian RSA certificate & full Australian working right.
