Property Inspector

You are enthusiastic about real estate, you have an eye for detail, you appreciate good quality homes, you are keen to learn about buying and selling houses, you know the difference between a good quality built home and a DIY renovation job.

You will be required
- Attend public home opens and private inspections
- Record a thorough walk through video of the home
- Take photos and videos of obvious maintenance items
- Upload videos to our platform
- Drive up and down the street taking notes of the quality of the area
- Supply feedback
- Talk to Real Estate Agents about property information and price
- Attend training
- Book appointments with Real Estate Agents to attend their properties
- Rotating weekend work dependant on your availability
- You will inspect properties between Mandurah and Perth

You will need
- A smart phone with a good camera
- Your driver license and a car
- Your own ABN

Bonus to have
- Selling or buying experience with your own personal property
- Home renovation experience
- Experience as a property inspector for rentals
- Previous work selling managing or buying homes
- Own your own home

Pay: From $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
