We are offering a Client Manager position within our Client Services Team working with a key client in Hobart, Tasmania. Reporting to the Manager - Government Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of the Department of Police, Fire & Emergency (DPFEM) and Ambulance Tasmania (AT) MyPulse Health and Wellbeing Program. The Program aims to empower eligible staff to enact positive behavioural change to their health and wellbeing.

This is an exceptional and unique opportunity to develop and maintain positive, strategically focussed relationships with the DPFEM and AT to ensure services under the contract are delivered to a high standard.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop, lead and maintain operational relationship with DPFEM Health and Wellbeing team members and other key stakeholders to ensure service quality is met
- Ensure GB’s contractual compliance across service delivery, invoicing and reporting
- Supplier/vendor management including quality and performance management
- Manage the MyPulse hub and related services and ensure that Hub content is regularly updated and promoted
- Action customer enquiries and ensure complaints are responded to within agreed timelines
- Analyse and evaluate program results risks and provide insight and reports to management and stakeholders
- Review and manage agreed processes and reporting requirements to support our client partnership and contract services
- Represent GB in partnership with DPFEM to develop, promote or raise awareness of MyPulse and related initiatives

**We are seeking (an) exceptional people/individual to join our team, who will have**:

- Experience in a similar client, account management or project management role including Allied Health, Personal Injury, Social Work or Healthcare
- Excellent relationship management skills including verbal and written communication
- Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and an ability to manage shifting priorities
- A passion for advancing the health and wellbeing of employees and staff
