Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

- Telstra Store Rockhampton - Shop 43 Stockland Rockhampton 120-331 Yaamba Rd (corner Bruce Hwy) Rockhampton QLD 4700
- Full time Position Available
- Must be available from Monday to Sunday.
Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience
- Experience in a retail customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
