**Recruitment Co-ordinator ($65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience)**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, we are seeking (immediate start) a highly motivated Recruiter (or HR Co-ordinator experienced in recruitment) to join our team and help us find and retain the best talent for our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Human Resources Manager to develop and implement strategies and processes to attract, manage and retain top talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Work with operational leads to identify and prioritise recruitment needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Conduct pre-employment checks
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness and compliance with contemporary practices and legislation
- Administer our Livehire platform
- Support Human Resources Manager with day-to-day execution of the human resources function

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years work experience with 2 years demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Relevant undergraduate degree or certificate
- Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices
- Experience with contemporary Human Resources practices and legislation
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
