**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES**:

- **Early Childhood Teachers**

As a VIT registered Early Childhood Teacher you could be part of a wider leadership team with opportunities to deliver either 3- or 4-year-old funded kindergarten programs or use your experience and expertise to offer mentoring and guidance to our team of budding educators looking to further develop their careers within the industry.
- **Diploma Qualified Educators**

Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care opens numerous career opportunities, you could take on a Room Leader role or progress even further by enrolling in the accelerated bachelor's program to become a qualified ECT in 18 months, fully supported within the workplace with the opportunity for scholarships with secured employment and financial support as well as generous monetary graduation rewards
- **Certificate III Qualified Educators**

Team members who hold their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care are supported by Jenny's ELC to continue their growth by undertaking their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, benefiting from comprehensive assistance and encouragement within the workplace.

**Salary**: From $26.18 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
