**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Department Manager to lead this smooth running, successful Property Management team. This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management and QLD legislation knowledge, and experience managing and mentoring a team. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to helping others succeed. Ultimately you will thrive on developing this already collaborative team, with the best interest of the business at heart. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include but aren't limited to:
- Oversee the smooth running of the department of 8 staff
- Manage a well run portfolio of local properties, all close to the office
- Manage the Trust Account, including processing mid and end of month for approximately 550 properties
- Develop scalable Property Management Systems that deliver agreed client service standards
- Recruit and train Property Management team members
- Work closely with BDM in assisting the development of marketing strategies
- Conduct one-on-one's and performance reviews with the Property Management team
- Fragile Landlord resolution
- Set the agenda and run the weekly Property Management meeting
- Training and onboarding of new staff
- Defining KPI’s and objectives for the team
- Use of Console Cloud software

**To be considered**:
