Flight Coordinator

Pack and Send is Australia's leading and most recognised freight provider service. Our family run business operates 3 service centers in Mount Gravatt, Springwood and Capalaba with fourth one in pipeline in Ipswich.

Pack and Send Mount Gravatt/Springwood requires a part time staff that can assist pick ups, packing, customer service to join our small friendly team. This will be a casual position at start which would later convert to Permanent Part time with requirement to be available at any of our 4 branches when needed.

We require someone with a valid Driver's license and ability to lift 25kg.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Part Time/Casual - Monday to Friday
- Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments
- Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight
- Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle
- Packing and palletising the goods onsite or offsite as required.
- Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues
- Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre

**Qualifications & experience**
- A valid and current driver’s license
- Forklift license would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in Transport and Logistics industry preferrable however on the job training is provided for all road, air and sea freight import and exports.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
