Norwest Private Hospital is in the rapidly developing North West corridor of Sydney and is operated by Healthscope, a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia. The hospital has 277 beds and is a high acuity facility with a high performing Emergency Department located in Sydney’s Bella Vista.

**The Role**

We are currently seeking a number of casual Theatre Orderly’s to work in our Perioperative Unit. You will provide support and assistance to the nursing team and doctors and be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager and senior staff. Ideally you would have previously worked in a hospital environment and be motivated and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative. This role requires you to have the flexibility to work a rotating roster and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
The successful applicants will hold the following attributes:

- Prior experience in a hospital or in a similar role
- Positive and resilient nature
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of customer service and excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self motivated and able to work effectively following directions
- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to the delivery of safe, compassionate and patient centred care
