**Overview**:
SOLIDAL is seeking an experienced Project sales manager who can manage all tenders and pricing submissions and project delivery efforts.

**Must have strong experience in sales and estimating, with solid understanding of how architectural product specifications and tender process.**

As a Project sales Manager, you will be engaging with builders and sub-contractors, architects, and engineers nationwide. And will be the go-to for project pricing and SOLIDAL supply tender submissions to SOLIDAL accredited contractors. If you have a proven track record of successful project management and excellent communication skills, would be great to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing product inquiries from architects and engineers, recording information.
- Coordinating meetings: scheduling meetings with architects and engineers to ensure they have the necessary information to specify SOLIDAL products.
- Understanding scope of works relevant to SOLIDAL
- Gather information about the project, such as its scale, requirements, and areas SOLIDAL can be used
- Identify the key stakeholders in the project, the architects, engineers, and head contractors tendering.
- Extracting scope of works relevant to SOLIDAL for tendering purposes
- Providing product submissions to installation contractors nationally
- Overseeing project management once project secured. From initial order through to product delivery.
- Co-ordination with the production team, builders and the team involved in the projects including but not limited to planning and tracking of fabrication process
- Project Evaluation, Cost management, planning and tracking through project duration meeting required targets
- Architectural design management and support to project consultants (Architectural, engineering, etc)
- Efficient Management of internal designers meeting designated project design timelines
- Understanding of shop and construction drawings, NCC National Construction Codes and AS Australian Standards

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of 4 years of experience working as an architect/engineer, or draftsperson on large-scale projects within the design and construction sector.

Proven experience as a Project Manager

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Expertise in reading architectural plans and extracting façade scopes of work

Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge in Revit, as well as other essential tools in the field of architecture and engineering

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
