**About the Client**

Our client has experienced a period of fast growth and are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for their Brisbane head office in Murarrie. The role works closely with the Chain of Custody Manager and is responsible for managing all freight bookings as well as other office duties, as directed.

**About the role**
- Day to day scheduling of all collections received through the CRM system
- Schedule deliveries and manage driver schedules
- Liaise with external clients, couriers, security, and docks to manage logistics, job requirements, access & issue resolution
- Liaise with the onsite warehouse team and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Supply and update collections paperwork to couriers, and drivers and upload into CRM
- Prepare asset lists to assist with reconciliation as required
- Other administration duties, as directed

**Position Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role for over 12 months
- Exceptional communication skills
- People person with strong decision making skills
- Ability to motivate and get the best out of people
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accountable for your actions.
