Spotless acts as the facility manager at The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH). The RAH is the largest, busiest and most technologically advanced hospital in Australia with 800 single in-patient rooms, including 100 same-day beds and 80,000 same-day and overnight patient admissions per year. As such, the RAH requires a skilled team to maintain a high level of patient food delivery at all times.

**About the Role**

Working within the Patient Food Services Team, the role will draw on your time management abilities and personable attitude to deliver high quality service outcomes by undertaking a range of food service related duties, including but not limited to:

- Receiving of goods and storage of food
- Food and Meal preparation
- Plating service for an average of 700 meals a day
- Completing Food Safety documentation
- Dishwashing and clean-up tasks

**Skills and Experience**
- Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate / Work Place Hygiene Certificate is mandatory
- Previous experience in a Food Service, Store Person or similar position is desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable
- Able to develop productive working relationships with team members
- Demonstrate a positive and personable attitude
- A positive approach to working safely
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate consistency and reliability
