**Our opportunity**:
**This role will work across Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.**

**Your day-to-day duties may include**:

- Leading and coordinating a dedicated team
- Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
- Assist with the preparation of breakfast and lunches for patients, ensuring that dietary requirements are adhered to
- Check temperatures of food, ensuring that food health and safety is being followed
- Conduct daily audits of meals and produce to ensure stock levels are adequate

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Leadership experience, you’ll be able to mentor and support your team
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
- Flexible approach where you are able to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organise multiple tasks and fluctuating workloads
